Rockwell Allen-Bradley Programming

Maskine has extensive experience with programming Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Products including PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, Programmatical Safety, Servos and VFDs. Maskine has succesfully implemented projects utilizing PLCs from the budget MicroLogix series to mid-range CompactLogix up to the full featured ControlLogix series. Due to our demonstration of expertise, Maskine is a Rockwell Automation System Integrator Partner.

As the leading automation platform in the United States, Rockwell Allen-Bradley provides an extremely reliable and easy to support system that provides reliable service for many years. Maskine also has experts in utilizing the CompactLogix or ControlLogix series to implement small to large motion control applications from a few axis up to a few hundred Kinetix Axis. Combining standard PLCs with GaurdLogix programmatic safety implementations can increase safety SIL levels and reduce implementation time.

Our experience also includes implementing small to large FactoryTalk HMI or SCADA projects to compliment a new or existing PLC driven machine. Maskine can develop the HMI or SCADA system utilizing FactoryTalk that allows maximum data collection and traceability to allow continuous improvement and minimize downtime.

Allen-Bradley PLCs

New machine or existing machine upgrade, simple or complex, Allen-Bradley has a PLC to fit the application and Maskine has the expertise to implement it on-schedule and on-budget. Our engineers utilize modular code through Add-On Instructions (AOIs). AOIs minimize development time, improve code readability for simplified maintenance, and build a great foundation for easy future modification. Code is written conforming to IEC 61131-3 in any desired language. We specialize in Ladder Logic and Structured Text.

Allen-Bradley Motion Control

Allen-Bradley PLCs can provide a very powerful and robust motion controller for simple or complex motion control projects. Maskine has experience implementing motion control projects utilizing all types of servos. We can integrate Allen-Bradley Kinetix Servos or third-party servos requiring custom communication. We’re experts in implementing precise coordinated motion to save on mechanical design time and increase flexibility.

GaurdLogix Programming

While traditional hard-wired safety systems are reliable, GaurdLogix programmatical safety systems bring the same reliability while allowing for an increased feature set and flexibility. Maskine has experience implementing systems from (Safety Integrity Level) SIL 1 up to SIL 3 with GaurdLogix controllers. These systems with safety over Ethernet/IP can increase operator safety while reducing electrical wiring.

HMI and SCADA with Rockwell

The FactoryTalk family provides a solution for very simple PanelView HMIs up to full featured MES systems and everything in-between.  Maskine creates user friendly UIs with a full featured back-end which can collect and store any manufacturing data required. Collecting and storing production data allows for continuous improvement and unlocks the full production potential of a system.
