Beckhoff Motion Control

Maskine specializes in programming complex motion control for discrete automation. We have implemented successful Beckhoff motion control projects from 1 axis to upwards of 20 axes including coordinated motion, electronic camming, and CNC. We can implement either native drives such as the Beckhoff AX5000 series and Beckhoff AX8000 series, or integrate third-party drives.

XTS Integration

We program and integrate the eXtended Transportation System from Beckhoff. XTS is a very powerful and flexible platform for high-speed motion which enables new thinking in automation and machine design. With this, it also requires modifying and optimizing traditional motion control programming practices to unlock the full potential of XTS. Maskine’s Beckhoff TwinCAT programmers have experience with XTS programming will integrate it to unlock the full capabilities of the system.
