Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC programming services

As an official member of the Beckhoff Integrator Group Maskine has extensive experience utilizing Beckhoff TwinCAT 2 and 3 controllers to control small to large machines in both structured text or ladder. Engineers utilize robust code to provide efficient and easy to troubleshoot code even for those that are not familiar with structured text. Maskine has extensive experience using the both Beckhoff AX5000 series servo drives or 3rd party servos to integrate complex and precise motion control into a Beckhoff system.

Beckhoffs’s PC based control programming in Microsoft Visual Studio also allows for a range of other features not provided by traditional PLCs. Maskine has experience executing SQL queries, sending text and email messages, and integrating .NET applications directly into the PLC with no HMI required. This can offer a tremendous advantage of removing the delay of the HMI platform or OPC server.

Siemens S7 PLC programming services

Maskine has experience integrating systems using the powerful Siemens S7 PLC platform. Maskine’s experience ranges from projects dealing with legacy controllers such as the S7-300 series programmed in Simatic manager, to small projects with the economical S7-1200 in TIA Portal, up to large scale projects utilizing the powerful S7-1500 series. We always architect the system utilizing well structured reusable code libraries. This minimizes development time and makes support and troubleshooting easier.

Maskine has experience utilizing Allen-Bradley controllers in both larger projects with many ControlLogix PLCs working together as well as smaller applications utilizing CompactLogix PLCs. SCADA and MES

Maskine has experience implementing SCADA and MES systems for everything from controlling flow of production to reporting downtime and manufacturing statistics. This can be implemented into existing business systems to allow for strategic and effective improvement of manufacturing processes.

A SCADA system can be created to collect and monitor production data either for newly programmed machines or implement into current equipment. With a powerful monitoring system in place, overall equipment effectiveness(OEE) can be measured and greatly improved. Issues not previously apparent will be discovered. This allows for easy resolution and huge improvements in output.

Maskine can also develop a MES system to monitor, control, and regulate the production process.
